We have 20 years experience in underpinning buildings and other structures using techniques which range from traditional mass concrete underpinning or piling of historic, listed and period buildings through to the use of the latest technology involving base and beam underpinning and the use of ground anchors.
Our experience in piling has been gained across a wide range of projects. Piling projects include remediation work and piling associated with the extension of existing buildings and new build projects on difficult ground.
As approved installers of Target Products we have a wide operational experience of installing Heli pile Foundation Systems, as these systems can be tested post installation on site and the Client has the reassurance that, as well as design calculations, the actual performance of the installation is proven.

Our Heli Pile screw piling systems have the benefit of a quiet, vibration free and rapid installation process compared to traditional piling techniques. There is no curing required and work can progress as soon as the installation is finished. From an environmental and sustainability standpoint there is no excavated spoil to be removed and no concrete to be imported to the site. Where there is a temporary need to support a structure of foundation Heli Pile screw piles can be removed and reused or recycled.
